- Cromar premium silicone based multi purpose detailer for protection of seams, penetrations and fasteners on various roofing substrates
- Forms a durable, breathable and weatherproof barrier that is highly resistant to degradation from UV and natural weathering
- Can be applied by trowel or stiff brush.
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and paintable. It may be necessary to power wash and/or prime to enhance adhesion
- Product should be applied as received and dilution with solvent is not recommended. If settling in the package has occurred, stir or shake the material well prior to use
- Can be applied over surfaces that exhibit ponding water, however it is advised that all roof systems be designed and built to ensure positive drainage
